FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Honest, simple answers about Vedic astrology and how consultations work.
What is Vedic Astrology?
Vedic astrology (Jyotish) is the traditional system of astrology from India. It uses your exact date, time and place of birth to draw a birth chart based on the sidereal zodiac, and studies the planets, houses and planetary periods (dashas) to understand patterns and tendencies in life.
What happens during a consultation?
You share your birth details and questions in advance. Subhash ji studies your chart and then discusses what it indicates about your questions — the influences at play, the periods you are moving through and, where appropriate, suitable remedies. The format and timing are shared with you on WhatsApp when you book.
How do I book a consultation?
Choose a consultation and tap its booking button. WhatsApp opens with a message already written — just send it, and Subhash ji will share the available slots and consultation details.
What information should I provide?
Your date of birth, exact time of birth and place of birth, along with your questions. For compatibility, the same details for the other person are needed. The more accurate the birth time, the more precise the reading can be.
What is the difference between Marriage, Career, Finance and Complete Consultation?
Marriage, Career and Finance consultations each focus deeply on one area of life. The Complete Consultation is a holistic reading covering multiple areas together, including karmic patterns and how the different parts of your chart relate to each other.
Can I discuss multiple questions?
Yes. Write your questions down in advance so the time is used well. If your questions span several areas of life, the Complete Consultation may be the best fit.
How do I contact Subhash Vashisht?
The quickest way is WhatsApp at +91 92510 32661. You can also write to vediccosmiccompass@gmail.com, or reach out on Instagram (@vediccosmiccompass) or X (@ResearcherVedic).
Is astrology a guaranteed prediction?
No. Astrology offers guidance, perspective and an understanding of possible patterns — not guaranteed outcomes. Your choices and efforts always matter. Astrology guidance is also not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental health advice from qualified professionals.
